All payments to 3385 Travel & Events are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because 3385 Travel & Events has contractual agreements with suppliers and tour operators that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
If you just so happen to need to cancel your experience with us, please submit a cancellation form <strong>As a reminder, we do not offer refunds for any deposits or payments made towards any experience. No exceptions.
We do not offer roommate matching. However there are ample opportunities to connect with other travelers in our online community and local events.
A passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates is required. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully. Suggested travel insurance companies are below and more info
Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort. Flight information has to be received by 3385 Travel & Events 45 days prior to the departure of your trip to secure your round trip airport transfers. Failure to submit your flight information to 3385 Travel & Events by this date will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.
