Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages, for an additional cost. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available.

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.

 

Payments

We accept online payments or mail in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard.

The refund policy for each trip is outlined on the registration page.  Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
