Our Flight Policy

Effective October 1, 2023, there’s a new travel policy at 3385 Travel & Events that we want you to know about. It’s actually quite simple.

Here’s the deal: We will no longer book regular flights for you to go to your destination unless you’re planning to travel in business class or above.  But here’s the important part: there’s a fee if you choose these premium seats.

But, and this is important, there are some exceptions to this rule. If you’re booking one of our international pre-packaged trips, like safaris or multi-city adventures, we’ll still handle your flight arrangements as part of the package. So no worries there.

Now, for everyone else who’s not flying business class or above and not on one of our pre-packaged trips, don’t fret. We’re here to help! We won’t book your flights directly, but we’ll give you some great flight suggestions. Plus, we’ll provide advice on the best way to get to your dream destination.

Think of it like this: 

If you want to go business class, there’s a fee. 

If you’re on one of our special pre-packaged trips, we’ll sort your flights. 

And for everyone else, we’ll guide you to the best flight options.
